Gearing checking of dimensions

Rosfer designed and developed a wide range of gauges for the checking of dimensions, shape and position of components for automotive gearboxes as well as of components for transmission cases for aeronautical use, such as:

• gearing
• sleeves
• planetary gears
• synchronizing ring
• main shafts and countershafts
• and other accessories for the gearboxes.

Even in these applications, our modern electronic solutions permit to manufacture multi-size inspection stations, which enable a quick monitoring of production processes based upon several variables.

Particularly interesting are our multi-size inspection stations for monitoring of the chamfering of the gear toothing.

Every inspection station is equipped with resetting master.
